David is a very nice and professional man. He had my house set up for a listing and was very patient with me while I was trying to save my house, and I did shave my house. David is truly exceptional. When purchasing a house he brought expertise on many details I never would have considered. He cared very much that I was getting a great home and advised ne through the process as well as handling all the details and paperwork. 4 years later I needed a reliable contractor and called David for a referral, he instantly remembered our small talk conversations and some details about the home as if it was a week earlier. Of course he had the perfect referral for a trusted pro to fix my issue. When it was time to sell he was the clear choice. He took his time inspecting the home and reviewing comps to price the house appropriately. He gave tips on how to prepare my home for photos/showings to best present it to potential buyers. Throughout the entire process of buying and selling I felt like his #1 priority even though I know he had several other clients both times. Prompt communication, useful insights and a calming presence led to an amazing experience with desired results both in buying and selling. David is a great person who cares about his clients and knows everything about real estate and the local area to deliver a great experience from start to closing. Above and beyond without a doubt!
