David did amazing job!! He was very knowledgeable in all aspects of selling a home and was very personable. My situation was what I would say not your typical house sale and he was very accommodating . David was available all hours of the day even during the evenings. If you are looking for a seasoned realtor and want to get the most for your house I would highly recommend David .

David made the whole process clean and easy! He helped my Mom navigate selling her house of 50 years. David was ALWAYS available and answered all of our questions. If he didn’t know the answer, he found out and responded in a timely manner. His quick response was why we hired him in the first place! After reaching out to numerous realtors in the area, David was the first to respond and the most helpful.

David has helped me buy and sell a house within the last four years, and both times he worked diligently to make the process as stress free as possible. His knowledge of the local market helped me focus my search for something that best fit my needs and wants. On the selling side he came over to walk through the house before I even knew if I was going to sell or rent. He helped me focus on what was truly important to get the house ready, and helped me develop a strategy to entice potential buyers, while keeping my earning goals in mind. In the end I was able to get more of a profit than I expected, and in a sorter amount of time. If you go with David, I promise you will not be disappointed.

This is the second time we sought David out to handle a property sale. Each time he has taken extreme measures to ensure our home was well photographed and prepared for the market. We worked with David 11 years ago to buy our house in Centerville, OH. He was responsive, efficient, and knowledgeable: he understood the issues and benefits of different neighborhoods and builders too. We looked at a LOT of houses before finally settling on one. He was patient with us and never pushed us to move forward with anything we weren't fully comfortable with. We enjoyed working with him so much that we reached out again for his help to sell the very same house in 2025. Nothing has changed. Do you need to sell or buy a home, struggling with ‘how can I find a good realtor’? I just went thru this and was fortunate to find, not just a ‘good’ realtor, but the best realtor in Dayton! My sister had recently died and I had to sell her house. She lived in Dayton, OH. I live in New York. I couldn’t go to Dayton. I have never sold a house, had no idea where to start, knew nothing about the Dayton area, let alone how to find a realtor. My sister’s friend said “I would highly recommend David Campbell. My husband and I have worked with him in the past several times, buying and selling our homes. I’ll have him contact you.”David called, my spirits lifted. He was down to earth, easy to talk to, no pressure, very understanding of what I was going thru. We immediately went to work, he recommended a few ideas to quickly better ready the house for sale. A week later, he sent me a listing description to review that he would post online, along with 36 professional pictures of her house, AND a professional video virtual tour! The video was so well done that I knew it would be a huge value-add on Zillow and other sites. Sure enough, we received showing requests the day after it was listed! We had a strong offer with the 4th showing; and we closed smoothly 60 days after the day it listed. And we did this all long distance!Thanks to David, it was a painless journey. I cannot say enough positive things about David Campbell, with Caldwell Banker, and his integrity as not only a realtor, but as a person. I recently bought a new home, which he walked me through step-by-step. I did not expect to be moving but ran across a home in Beavercreek that had all the things I wanted in a home. David helped me negotiate a better price, and also helped in making sure the repairs that were needed were addressed and taken care of by the seller. He also made sure all the work was done by professionals that were of integrity and were honest. I did not have to ‘hope’ to find the right contractors to handle the repairs that were needed and all my dealings with each have been nothing but a positive experience. After the sale of our home was complete I asked that he give me a list of places where I could leave reviews for him so that I could make sure everyone knows what an asset he is to this real estate market. I found him in an internet search and asked if he would be willing to come to our home for an initial consultation. He had an excellent presentation prepared and answered all of our questions.
